Paul Craig Roberts on “It’s Our Money” — “Greece-y Mess”

There are many reasons to keep our focus on Greece — self-interest being one.  Dr. Paul Craig Roberts returns to disclose the backstory of the political-bankster collaboration that has brought Greece to its knees and threatens economies the world over, including ours. Ellen suggests a solution for how the Greeks can proceed from here. Matt Stannard takes a historical look at German/Greek finances and we discuss the important leadership of Pope Francis’ review of what’s really important in any economy. Hint: it’s not about your wallet.

  1. Dear Ellen,

If you can get past Alex Jones, watch Lord Christopher Monckton who says, Pope Francis is a totalitarian Communist. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8YV1eWq8YSc And: scienceandpublicpolicy.org

I do not think that representational government provides Americans with the protection we need from the intervention of transnational legislation. But, were those representational governments in the people’s hands, then that would buy time for decentralization.

In that respect, “The only thing that really counts is reaching out and changing people’s hearts and minds and then the political system will reflect those changes.”

    You be well!

    • I would characterize Pope Francis as being more in the tradition of a Justicialista-raised Argentinian who grew up in the days when Argentina was led by General Juan Domingo Perón. Concern for the excluded and oppressed was a passion of Argentinian political consciousness at that time. When I think of the Pope Francis – I think of the Perónista Marche.

  2. Dr. Brown alerted me years ago about MERS. They are now taking my home. Please help spread the word about my fundraiser.
