  4. I don’t believe a city owned bank or a state owned bank is solution to the National/Transatlantic financial system. They would be viable ONLY if they were subsidiaries of a NATIONAL BANK operating with the guidelines created by the Alexander Hamilton system. no particular state or region or community could embark on the process necessary to eliminate forever the British monetary plan of speculation currently in existence and by concentrating on a particular area would sow discord within a National Credit System.unless they were third in by charter to a National Bank that used a common dynamiter for a basis for issuance of bills of exchange (I.E. dollar bills backed upon a common commodity).

By the way – the WEB of DEBT was excellent but I caution it would have been supreme if my previous reply was elaborated on and inserted as the the last chapter….A number of ‘awakens’ were in the book and very very useful but why end with a partial solution when Hamilton had the complete solution,
